Recipe Readiness....

So ladies, I get stuck in the kitchen with the same 5 recipes like everyone does....so when I come across something that I know that I would love, I want to share it. Now, it is very simple. This is a potato recipe that I have made for years but we had some friends over last weekend and I made them...she had never heard of them so I thought I would share. Again, not rocket science on my blog by any means but maybe...just maybe an occasional nugget or two of useful information. Trust me when I say that your family will gobble these things down so fast you won't know what hit ya...sometimes there is not enough left for my plate! So, if you know that you kiddos (and hubby's) like potato's you may want to play with the amount. Any more than 8 potato's and I would add a 2nd packet of seasoning.....Hope you try them and enjoy them when you do......Feel free to share your favorite recipe. I am always looking for something new to add to the arsenal on -40 degree nights when I can't muster another bowl of chili! Good Eats....=)

wow, I will have to try that one. my family loves potatoes and I am starting to cook. I discovered ground turkey, I put it in everything and the kids don't know the difference.

We like anything with potatoes. Jodi S. gave me the simplest recipe for a night when you need a quick dinner. You probably already know it. You can use chicken or pork, mix a batch of Stovetop, mix it in a bowl with butter and water, just don't heat it, and add a can of cream of chicken or mushroom, whatever you like and cove, bake at 350 and add a side of veggies and voila, you're done. Great for nights when there are sports or other activities or you're sick of cooking. Which for me is always;)
