Receivers week of firsts

I'm not sure how much more I can take.
My littlest guy (who admittedly is NOT so littlest) has become a MAN.

Not just according to him but according to Tight End, and Quarterback as well.

Which means in all honesty, I can't ignore it any longer.

Aside from my little guy Man being a kindergartner this week....
He started Hockey!

We are sooo proud of him, he set foot on the ice, without assistance and muddled through a whole practice of course he took a couple of breaks as well as a tiny crying fit
(just proves to me that he might still be a little little)!

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt because no other kids had to deal with Glasses and a helmet. A cross both of my boys have to bear for sports!!
Receiver is taking Intro Mites with one of his neighborhood buddies, and I am hoping to have pictures of them together next week. Just a little too chaotic this week!!!

Way to go receiver, Mom, Dad and QB are ready for you to Score, Score, Score
stay on your skates and learn the game!

These pics are SO cute...little hockey man...and wow...he looks like such a big boy. We have a 2.5 year old boy...his first hockey team would make me thrilled and probably cry at the same time.

Oh, that is so precious! Those are great pictures...how cute they all are in all that gear, probably heavier than them! haha! Alex tried hockey when he was about 4 or 5...lots of crying, not his sport! Can't wait to see more! Love it!

Oh my goodness he is the most adorable little thing ever! Too cute!

Don't you love when they think they're so grown but then they give little clues that they still need us so. Jacob is in that stage right now since he's started school. Although he constantly wants me to tuck him in and kiss him more than ever before. I'm eating it up of course!

oh how incredibly cute!! I love the pic of him sitting against the boards!! We've gotten Tommy on skates - I can't wait until we can get him actually playing hockey!!! We always love going to the Providence Bruin games (Bostons farm team) and watching all the little guys play in between periods - its almost the best part of the game!!

I am going to pray for you tomorrow. Kindergarten? I mean, really, it is crazy how quickly they grow up. We must stop this madness Tarah. We must! : )

They grow up waaaay too fast, don't they?! That's okay...no matter how old he gets, he'll always be your baby boy! ;-)

Oh my gosh - he looks too little be loaded down with all that gear! But he also looks stinkin' adorable!

For a season of softball, the coach made me wear a helmet because of my hearing aid. My parents put a quick end to that... who wants to listen to the constant whistling?! ha ha.

I'm nervous that Itty Bit will someday want to play football. He can't. There's just not enough padding to protect his one kidney.

Sorry if you've explained it before - but why do your boys have to wear helmets? Is it just because of the glasses?

Have a great day (and if you have a minute, come join our giveaway! :)
