I don't know about lip zits but I do that it's rather red around there for awhile and kind of sore for the first day!

Well, you cracked me up! I am so jealous of your sun! It is raining cats and dogs here today! I hope you start seeing some results from your workouts. The key is cardio and resistence training becuase the more lean muscle you build the more fat you burn! Good luck!

Mary kay used to have a product called calming influence and whenever I got my eyebrows done I put that on there immediately and no redness or soreness...I don't know if they still make it but try aloe on your lip next time.
